People and Operational Development Business Partner (People & OD BP) – Permanent position (part time)
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People and Operational Development Business Partner to join our team and become a trusted business partner to our leaders supporting them and their teams to deliver excellent outcomes for our customers. Our people are at the heart of our business, and we are looking for a candidate who is just as passionate about that as we are.
Working alongside the Senior People and Resources Business Partner your work will support the business objectives of 54North Homes and will include:
Working closely with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering the People Strategy, ensuring the business needs are understood and are delivered through the plans which are aligned with organisational strategic priorities. You’ll be part of our wider People and Resources team at 54N Homes collaborating with other colleagues across departments and supporting a culture that delivers results, service excellence, and promotes 54 North Homes’ values and brand. You will also benefit from accessing Karbon’s People and OD Team expertise and support.
About you:
You will be an accomplished People & OD Business Partner with demonstrable experience of partnering to deliver strategies and implementing action plans.

54North Homes owns and manages over 3,000 homes throughout Yorkshire. The housing association was formed in December 2022, through a merger between Leeds & Yorkshire Housing Association and York Housing Association and is a subsidiary of the Karbon Homes Group.
