We’re on the lookout for a Customer Insight Administrator to join the believe housing team on an 18-month fixed term basis.

Although this role is advertised as full-time, we will consider part-time, job share and alternative working pattern proposals where possible. Our offices are based in Seaham and Bishop Auckland and although we work flexibly, it is envisaged that this role will require both an offsite and onsite presence as per business need when required. about the role
The Customer Insight Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the Customer Insight and Engagement Teams with specific responsibility for managing the complaints workflow, logging, and maintaining accurate data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, responding to customer and MP enquiries, and assisting with the coordination and implementation of the Tenant Engagement Programme to ensure that the customer voice is listened to and acted upon.
