We’re on the lookout for a Customer Insight Administrator to join the believe housing team on an 18-month fixed term basis.

Our offices are based in Seaham and Bishop Auckland and although we work flexibly, it is envisaged that this role will require both an offsite and onsite presence as per business need when required. about the role

The Customer Insight Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the Customer Insight and Engagement Teams with specific responsibility for managing the complaints workflow, logging, and maintaining accurate data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, responding to customer and MP enquiries, and assisting with the coordination and implementation of the Tenant Engagement Programme to ensure that the customer voice is listened to and acted upon.

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Triage customer contacts within timescales, by a variety of means giving advice and guidance to customers on how their issue may be processed and resolved in accordance with the Complaints, Compensation and Compliments Policy.
  • Assist in replying to internal colleague enquiries regarding complaints and customer engagement.#
  • Assist with processing and administration of compensation and local budget requests
  • Process payments through purchase order system
  • Demonstrate a culture of collaborative working by maintaining effective relationships with all parts of the organisation, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative duties as and when required.
  • Work effectively with all office systems
  • You must be proficient in all Microsoft office packages such as excel, word, databases etc.
