We are looking for two experienced Technical Surveyors to help us continue to deliver an excellent service. We are looking for someone who has sound technical knowledge of building defects, experience with producing detailed reports and the ability to manage, projects, contractors and stakeholder expectations.
This is an exciting role within a fast paced and dynamic established team, which is expanding. The successful candidate will oversee a selection of buildings to ensure the organisation fulfils its statutory obligations regarding all current and future fire regulations, including Regulatory Reform (fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Act 2021, and Building Safety Act 2022.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. We are open to this position being based from our Oldham, Bristol or London office and operate a hybrid working basis, you will also be required to travel to sites as and when required.
