• You’ve the ability and expertise to successfully develop, integrate, configure, and support IT in application and database infrastructure.
• You have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of IT application management.
• You have demonstrable experience of database and business application support & development.
• Provide third line support for Business Applications.
• Develop good working relationships with key stakeholders across the Connexus Group.
• Liaise with Software suppliers in the management of systems implementations, enhancements and support.
• Analyse business processes and associated systems in order to identify and develop system enhancements.

Key systems/technologies:

• Mobile Working solutions.
• MS SQL Server databases.
• Web based technologies.
• Asset Management.
• Housing management.
• Financial management.
• Document and report management.
• Support other IT colleagues in regard to major projects such as infrastructure and systems upgrades, ensuring appropriate knowledge transfer to the Service Desk team.
• Use of appropriate planning tools & processes when dealing with project work.
• Responsible for all documentation pertaining to handover to Service Desk, cross training other colleagues and user documentation.
